1. Positioning and marking: For glass doors composed of fixed glass and movable glass door panels, marking and positioning are carried out uniformly. According to the requirements of the design and construction drawings, mark out the positioning lines of the glass door, determine the position of the door frame, and accurately measure the ground elevation, the top elevation of the door frame, and the elevation of the center cross frame.
2. Limit slot at the top of the installation frame: The width of the limit slot should be 2-4mm greater than the thickness of the glass, and the depth of the slot should be 10-20mm. When installing, first lead out two edge lines of the metal decorative plate from the marked lines, and then install the limit slot at the top of the door frame according to the edge lines. Adjust the depth of the groove in the slot by gluing the gasket. The limit slot, except for the wooden lining, is made by pressing 1.5mm steel plates, welding steel plates and lining with aluminum metal profiles, and then covering with stainless steel, etc.
